Can't receive 2FA texts after number port

I ported my number over from AT&T 3 days ago and since then, I can send and receive texts, except for 2FA ones. I can also make calls, except to the other line I ported. Verizon says the port is complete (from an agent and the port website) but AT&T says it is not. AT&T is right because if I put the AT&T sim back in the phone, I receive those types of texts. I have tried power cycling and switching airplane mode on and off. The agent resynched the network and still nothing. Spent two hours chatting with an agent and made zero progress. Does anyone know of any other solutions?
