So my monthly allotted data was used up, and I want to restart the plan. I added money with a Verizon card, but my account still shows that my data is used up and won't end until a month from now. I need to know how to restart the plan. It says my payment was received and all but it didn't restart. Help would be greatly appreciated!!
I'm so sorry you don't have access to use this jetpack. Let's get that data flowing. Was this a prepaid plan? Were you getting an error message. If this is a prepaid plan please reach out to our prepaid team at 888-294-6804 to see when this will be restored.
