So I have been trying to cancel one of my lines for days now. I call into the 1800 number, but no one ever answers. I literally have been on hold for hours the last few days.
Being frustrated, I went into a store (Tempe Marketplace in Arizona) to try to have this done, but they told me that they don't cancel a line in the store and that I needed to call the 1-800 number. I told them that nobody answers that number and you just sit on hold for hours.
He didn't care and sent me away with that number again. I have been on hold on and off on Monday for hours with still no service.
What are we supposed to do?
I was just sent a link online from verizon private message, but the link doesn't work and when I try to private message back, it says the email doesn't exist. I feel like I am getting played here and have wasted hours jumping through hoops that lead no where. Next call is to the BBB.
