My phone is a Kyocera Dura XV Extreme which has been replaced by Kyocera and SIM card replaced by Verizon but still cannot use automated systems during a call. After the second or third prompt to enter a number, when key is pressed, the tone goes constant (instead of beep, it is beeeeeeeeeeeee...), which renders the phone useless for using these systems, which are so common. I can only assume that the problem is with my account settings on the back end as I have already replaced the phone and SIM card. Multiple contacts to Verizon Prepaid fail to correct the problem, which has been going on for months. I have already wasted much time dealing with this issue. Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
