I just got an Lg g vista and i cant transfer my phone number from my old phone, how do i do it?

you can call prepaid customer service 888- 294-6804 so they can do the device change for you because in some cases, there might be a possibility that instead of getting your old phone number, you might setup a new account with your new phone and it would be much confusing and much troublesome.
