Ever since hurricane Ian went through our cell phone service in Port Orange cuts out and data is impossible to use. what can be done about this issue?

Can you please share with us what services are impacted in the Port Orange area? Are multiple Verizon users affected in the same way?
I have checked and found no service outages for the location and as such, I'd like to review this further to help you find a solution today.
I have messaged a few people from Verizon on Verizon chats and Facebook messenger but our problem has not been solved. We have turned our phones off for 6 minutes and turned them back on.

Every time I do a private message I get no where with resolving my problem. I have Message twice on Verizon messages and once through Facebook messenger with no solution to the problem.
