My bank was billed for a pre auth amount of $303.04 and paid that amount. Then a few days later my bank paid another $303,04. I have had $606.08 subtracted from my checking account for one purchase from your company. The fault is not with my bank, your company is billing twice for one purchase and being paid twice for one item. I noticed that other customers of Verizon have this problem and your company does not resolve the issue in a timely manner. Please return $303.04 to my checking account. I hope Verizon can resolve this issue immediately.
