I upgraded my device over the phone.  I repeated a few times to the representative that I wanted my iPone 6 sent to my job and repeated the address with confirmation given from the representative.  I paid extra to make sure that my phone was overnighted.  I checked the provided tracking for the phone and it was delivered to the wrong address.  I'm pissed!  Now I have to drive 30 minutes and leave work to get my phone before someone else gets ahold of it!  All I was provided was a sorry when I inquired about the phones whereabouts.  I've been with this company too long and spend too much money as it to deal with this types of issues!
