Current time on hold 3+ hours in 2 days


Having issues with my prepaid.

First when i purchase bridge data i get a message confirming its active.

My other data runs out and the second one wont activate(the confirmed one).

Call tech support transferred numerous times Put on hold and then disconnected. Keep trying to call back. As of now blocked from calling tech support. The last tech support person managed to get my data working but now my text and calling don't work, and i don't even have an active plan. My data is working but there is no record of it on my account. All in all i have been put on hold for hours and received conflicting information depending on which agent i talked to.

I would like this resolved and to be compensated for all the time wasted. Huge headache and extremely inconveinent.
