Just got done (about 8:45 PM Central time) chatting with Hazel on the my verizon prepaid website, she was a great help, and made my experience quick and easy. This was easily the best CS experience I have ever had with any rep of Verizon. She deserves a raise. I tried to give feedback on this, but the give feedback button when i ended the chat just blanked the chat box. I reconnected with Kim, and she tried to make it happen again, but same thing. hit red button and blank box. I don't want to waste any more of their time, so I hope someone here can get this review back to their supervisor. For the IT dept. -- If it makes a difference, I am using Opera browser, with ad blocking on, so maybe that is the problem.
