I'm considering getting a Samsung Fascinate via one of Verizon's month-by-month prepaid plans. When selecting the plan, the "calling plan details" say that there is a 99 cent daily access charge when you use the internet on the phone. Does that apply to phones with the $30 unlimited data add-on? If I'm paying $30 for unlimited data, it's a little insane to also have to pay a dollar every day you use it. On a phone like this, it would effectively be every single day.

The Samsung Fascinate cannot be used with the "daily prepaid" plans because it is a data-required phone. You'll have to use one of the monthly plans with an unlimited data add-on as outlined here.
The daily plans charge a fee for each day you make or recieve a call (including checking your voicemail), but can only be used with "feature" type phones.

@ Raynes:
The 99-cent mobile web daily access charge WON'T apply if you are subscribed to a data plan. That charge only applies to users who aren't able to subscribe to a prepaid data plan(handsets like LG Accolade, LG Cosmos, Samsung Intensity, etc...)
