When my prepaid data is gone I will throw away the jetpack and never use Verizon again in my life! You ripped me off big time! And will tell as many people to avoid Verizon!
This is definitely not what we like to hear. May we ask how we can turn this around? We would hate to see you leave the Verizon family.
