Not getting any cell/sms/data coverage at White Pass, WA ski area. Am on a prepaid plan - is this why I can't connect to somebody else's (extended) network for coverage there? Coverage map shows there should be coverage.
In past years I was able to connect when using a Verizon sub prepaid (Page Plus)

Your problem sounds like my problem.
Verizon talked alot, changed my sim cards but fixed nothing.
I don't know why the roaming experience seems to have changed, but this FAQ might be instructive.
https://www.verizon.com/support/prepaid-plans-and-service-faqs/#item52 question4. Where can I use my prepaid service? Domestic roaming is an extra charge, and my experience is that it doesn't work at all where I l live. It seems like it used to.
