Hey all. I am trying to port my pre-paid Verizon number to a different carrier but keep receiving an error saying the zip code is invalid?
I have acct # and transfer PIN but have no idea why the zip code would be invalid - we've lived in the same house for 30 years.
Hoping someone here can help as ive already spent several hours on the phone and in chat but they have not been able to help. Appreciate the help, thank you
