Hotspot suddenly stopped working?

I have a Samsung galaxy s6 and I got the unlimited data plan, I turned it off and on, did a network reset and also a factory reset but still doesn't work.

The devices connect to my hotspot but don't have internet.

The prepaid unlimited plan doesn't include the mobile hotspot feature. Prepaid Cell Phones & No Contract Plans | Verizon Wireless

The 3 GB, 7 GB, and 10 GB data allowance prepaid monthly smartphone plans have the mobile hotspot feature. The unlimited data allowance plan does not have the mobile hotspot feature.

Yes correct.

Some people say they have unlimited and leave off  with x gb high speed then with a lower speed unlimited.

Have you used up the high speed data for your plan 3gb 7 gb 10 gb because it drops down to 125 kps and maybe the hotspot will not work with 125 kps.
