Yesterday, the unthinkable happened, and my phone was stolen out from under my nose. I had the money to replace it, thank goodness, so it was only a minor inconvenience. But I cannot figure out how to cancel that account without the answer to my secrete password, which I cannot reset without being able to receive a message on the stolen phone. And no matter where I look, how many different customer service numbers I call, I cannot contact an actual person to help me. I did go into my local Verizon store, and they couldn't help because I am prepay and there is only so much the store can do for me. So can someone please, please, give me some advise. This other account is enrolled in auto pay and that just can't happen.
