I can text but not make phone call
We want you to be able to make calls too, Chris. I see that your post indicates prepaid service. While we do not have access to prepaid account, our prepaid customer service team will be happy to assist you with all your prepaid service concerns. You can contact them by calling *611 on your prepaid service phone (even if you cannot make any other calls), or you can call them at 888-294-6804.
