How do I add minutes to my plan?

I want to add minutes to my cell phone. Where do I go or what is the phone number?

I just asked customer service the same question.  Their answer is you can do it from your account online, or on your phone by dialing *611 to see your prepay options.  You are not adding minutes, but renewing your plan on the date you do this.  It changes the due date of your next account draft if you have one set up.
