there's not a 5 GB data plan. When you change to a larger data plan, you move automatically to the new Verizon Plan. It comes in 2 GB, 4 GB, 8 GB, 12 GB, 16 GB and 24 GB..... (as well as some larger plans.) Anyway, you won't find a 5 GB plan because there isn't one in the new Verizon Plan.

The OP is talking about a prepaid plan. There is a 5 GB prepaid plan. The OP should call CS if they cannot find a way to change it online. I have never had a prepaid plan and therefore would not know how to do such a change as I have never done it. The online offerings for postpaid and prepaid are not laid out in the same format from what I understand.

We want you to be able to increase your data with no issues. At this time, our system doesn't allow us to review prepay accounts, however we suggest contact Prepay to have the change made over the phone, since it is not showing on the website. Here's prepay's number: 888.294.6804.
