I had a Samsung Galaxy J3 that was stolen so I suspended the service. It's a prepaid phone. Is there any way I'd be able to locate it from another device? Would I need to get service turned back on to do that?

We hope you are able to locate your stolen device. There is no direct way for us to track your device. You can try using your devices services to see if you can track it. You can try using your Android Device Manager online. Let us know if you have any other questions.
