My phone won't let me do it, and I've tried twice to purchase the data online. When I do it online, I get a confirmation text on my phone from Verizon stating I've added data, but my credit card does not get charged and my phone still says I have run out of data.
Is there another step to "activate" the extra data I've now purchased twice?
