[Removed] system has no way of connecting to someone real. I have two lines, one postpaid and one contract. I want to reach customer service for contract via prepaid line, and that doesn't work. Even if I want to reach the prepaid customer service rep, there is no way. No voice commands either.
This really, really frustrates me. Any real VZW people here that can help?

I'd be more than happy to help you when it comes to reaching an online representative from our Prepaid Department. You can call them from any phone at 888-294-6804 or *611 from your prepaid phone. As you follow the prompts, you can press "0" to reach an online representative. I'm sorry for any issues and I hope this helps.
