Just got a used note 3. I got the prepaid unlimited then i switched to the 10gb since unlimited doesnt offer hotspot. But it keeps saying error. After more then 8 hours
We are here to help. There is a chance your device is not compatible with the hotspot feature. Is your phone on the most recent software available? Is your Note 3 a Verizon device?
