I read that the All Set plan was discontinued and that when a Prepaid plan was replenished, it would automatically go to the new Prepaid plan with 1 Gb of data. This didn't happen - do I have to request this change? Now I have to wait another month . . .it would be nice if to be able to reach a real representative rather than the automated phone system. I tried to ask this before renewal but could not get an agent.
