How to find my account number

When go to my account inthe my verizion app is says I have to use my account number to update my profile since I currently have a guest profile. I have no idea how to find a account number can someone please help me with this

You would need to create a Prepaid account first, activate your phone, and then you will be able to register for My Verizon. You can create a new Prepaid account online by going here: https://www.verizon.com/plans/prepaid/. You can also create a new account by reaching out to our Sales Team at 800.256.4646. They are available Mon-Sat 8:00AM - 10:00PM ET and Sun 9:00AM - 10:00PM ET. Does this information help? *Bryan

We definitely want to see you be able to easily manage the account online. Is the account active with a mobile telephone number on it?

I don't have a number on the account and I don't think it's active because whe ever I try to go to my profile and settings it says "you are not authorized to perform this action

It asks me to put in my verizon 10 digit Mobile number. I don't have one though

Rayhan, we want to make sure we're on the same page with everything. Are you a Verizon Wireless customer? If you are not our customer, what has you trying to go into get into a My Verizon account? -Alicia

I don't have a Verizon plan yet but I am making an account so I can get a Verizon data plan on my prepaid phone

Rayhan, we know you're eager to purchase a plan. In order for you register for My Verizon, you will need to open a Verizon Wireless account. To do this, you can go to www.vzw.com/byod, tap on Join Verizon and begin the process.
