Okay, so first let me start off by saying that I wouldn't have to be asking everyone under the sun about this if Verizon knew how customer support worked.
Anyways, so I have a $70 prepaid plan for my Apple iPhone 8, which gets it unlimited data and internet and blah blah blah, you get the drift. So all of a sudden out of the blue, I can't text anyone, I can't get on the internet, and I can't call anyone, and it says that I have four bars of LTE constantly.
This wasn't an issue until I realized two things:
- I had already paid for this month, and;
- I needed to text my mom for my life-saving inhaler, but Verizon's stupid plan wouldn't let me breathe.
If they can read this and actually help me, that would be great. Or, if anyone else has suggestions, please feel free to give them. I'm honestly about to switch phone providers because I've never had so many issues than the number of problems I've had with Verizon in the past.
