I replaced my prepaid phone. Ordered the new one on-line. How do I keep my phone number?

You insert the SIM into the new smartphone or dial *228 if a basic phone.  Activated with your current and active number.

My advice is do it online through my verizon there should be a option to switch phones and I don't think it will change your number your number should stay the same with the new phone.
