I was charged for a wireless pre paid account with the following details on my bank statement:
01/25/2013 POS Debit - Visa Check Card 7262 - VZWRLSS*PREPAID PY 888-294-6804 CA
The issue is that I'm not a customer nor have any Verizon phones at all.How do I stop this from happening in the future?
A) This is customer to customer forum. We are not CS reps
B) This is an issue with your bank not Verizon. Obviously someone has your card info. Call your bank and cancel the card and get a new one.
