I am suddenly getting Insufficent Fund for Messages on my Motorola G phone. My plan is the $45.00 prepaid for 2 Gigs of data. Payment is automatic to my credit card and payment was made as usual on the 31st of last month. Why am I not now getting messages in June?
I cannot get through to a person at the phone number Verizon gives...either the 888 on or the *611. How does one get to speak to someone?
I'm in a small town and nearest Verizon store is 90 miles roundtrip.

I FINALLY was able to get through to a representative, and Verizon had [Removed] up on my auto pay. They deducted only .20 "Gabriel" said, though my credit card says paid Verizon the full amount due.
Gabriel was able to see it had been paid, apparently, and fixed whatever was messed up.
