International Credit Card payment

Visiting from Australia with a pre-paid SIM card. Unfortunately the Verizon website does not allow for entry of international credit cards with an overseas address.

Don't trust talking to a Verizon customer representative giving international credit card details as last time my card details were stolen and illegal charges were made. I had to cancel my credit card.

Verizon, the year is 2023 not 1923.  How about allowing entry of overseas credit card details??

Hi, I think there is a misunderstanding.

I am in the USA and I cannot use my Australian credit card to add funds to my account as your website and phone bot will only accept an USA address and post code.

so I have to pay cash at a Verizon store with a $3 fee.

How about fixing this problem. Also please donโ€™t ask me to give my credit details over the phone as last time I did this my credit card was fraudulently used and I had to cancelled my card.

I was previously with T-mobile and I never had these problems.

We apologize, but international cards are not accepted in any self-serve payment options.
