I can't find the answer to this question- is the $2 daily international travel pass for Canada able to be added to prepaid plans? If not, what are my options to use my phone for travel in Canada?

I do not believe that is available for prepaid. International roaming on prepaid is limited to Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands for voice at 69 cents a minute and for text to the same countries for 50 cents to send and 5 cents to receive. I do not see any options to use prepaid in Canada.
