It's literally impossible to reach a human for Prepaid.

I've tried everything, including trying to use 4-6-4 and I am hung up on every single time with that terrible generic "I'm sorry you're having trouble" message.

Why is this so difficult? I'm trying to activate this Prepaid phone for an equipment loan-out for my company (I have a normal VZW Account for my own personal use) but at this rate I'm ready to cancel my own personal service!

Prepaid CS (800) 922-0204 & (800) 786-8419

CS has hours, I think it's 7A-10P Left Coast Time.

I always call at 7A and get right through.

NACDSIT, I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with activating a device on your line of service. We want to make sure that you are able to activate it. Are you trying to activate a prepaid phone on a contract line of service? If so, you can dial *228 and it will walk you through how to activate your service.

Dial 2 first then 4 6 4. Works for me anyway.
