I recently purchased the LG G Vista and it came with a pre-installed Sim Card. It is not reading the Sim Card, so the memory on my phone is very low because I am unable to save anything to my SIM Card..Please Help!
Jessicabeckner119 We want you to enjoy using your LG Vista. Being able to save your important files is important. What is the reason you feel the phone is not reading the Sim card? Please share any error messages that appear. The Sim card is primarily used for activation of services so if the phone can make and receive calls/text and data is working, then the phone is reading the Sim.

All of my photos and videos are saving to my phone, I have 2 apps on my phone (craigslist and facebook) and it's out of memory. There's got to be something wrong. The amount of money I paid for this phone it should not be out of memory. Also, It is upsetting that I can't use certain functions such as Verizon cloud for example, just because I'm prepaid.
Jessibeckner119 I like to save photos on my phone as well. We realize most customers use their phone as a camera. However, it is good to transfer them to another source to free up space. What is the phone make/model? I’m not able to access the account but I certainly can look up options to free up memory. Also, our Prepaid department does have the option to view your account should you like to reach out to them. The number is 888.294.6804.
