Language issue

Hello,

I have been with Verizon for many years and have the prepaid plan with autopay. I updated my phone earlier this year ( went in store to do so). Ever since then, the notifications I receive in relation to my bill being paid are in Spanish. More specifically, the texts and emails about payment confirmation. If I login to verizonwirless.com it shows my language preference being English. I don't know what else I can do on my end, that is why I am sending this message. Can I get help with this issue?
