I have been trying to access my account on line for over the last month and half. I have called multiple times and each time the tell me that they "reassure" me that this problem will be taken care of in 2-3 business days and they put in a ticket for this. I call back after the days have passed and the ticket has been closed. BUT my problem still isn't fixed. They open a new ticket tell me to wait 2-3 days with a new ticket. I wait the days and the same thing has happened. I am tired of the horrible customer service I am getting.
I also had over $100 in my account and was told that I needed to pay $110 (my monthly bill statement) I did and thought I would just use the other money the next month when the on line account access got fixed. WELL...My money that I had in my account has disappeared and lucky for Verizon I can't get onto my account on line to see where it went!!
I will be waiting until my service I have paid for this month is almost up and will be leaving Verizon.

Since this thread is in the Prepaid forum, I'm assuming this is a prepaid account. This is just a guess, but if your line was disconnected for some reason or you didn't renew the prepaid plan in time before it expired, then the line is automatically canceled and the account closed. If you reconnect service later, it's a completely new prepaid account as the old account can't be reactivated. This was my experience when I ported out of Verizon for less than a week. When I came back, my old prepaid account could not be reopened and I had to get a new one to port my number back in.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
