I need to turn off Auto Pay for my prepaid mobile plan on my account, but I cannot log into my account, nor I can click "Forgot info" to reset anything, because I get a "Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time" page every time.
I cannot call Verizon using the 1-800 because I am located outside the US.
I have done all the browser stuff (resetting cookies, using different browsers, etc) but it didn´t work.

I'm sorry you're having trouble with your Prepaid service. The best way to address this would be to contact our Prepaid Team at 888-294-6804. They're open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Sundays.
