Lots of Issues with Verizon Website & App

When on a prepaid plan there are a ton of issues with using Verizon's website. The website won't allow the ability to shop unless you first search for Verizon Prepaid Shopping. If you just logon to the normal site, access your account and try to shop then the system will log you out.
I just purchased a new phone. There is no information in my account on the website about purchases, you can only get this in the app. That being said, when I go to the app, I can see the general purchase but there are a couple of problems. When selecting the view receipt option it sends me to the UPS site and gives me information about the shipping. That's not a receipt. Also, I see no way to view the serial number of the new phone that was shipped to me.
Verizon really needs to work this stuff out, do some testing. I can find all of this out in a matter of minutes and then when I call the Verizon customer reps have no idea what I'm talking about and apparently are unable to test anything on their end. They had no idea that prepaid shopping was different and the website logged you out. All they apparently know is to tell people to use the Verizon app. Your a major wireless carrier, please improve your service. If you want me to come onboard and do this I certainly will. I can likely have your service operations greatly improved very quickly. Just reach out, I'd love to help.
