Mobile2Mobile in prepaid basic phone plan?

Wondering if the $15 prepaid basic phone plan (300 minutes/text) includes free Mobile2Mobile minutes, or do even calls to other Verizon customers count against the 300 minutes? I've checked with 2 local Verizon stores, and neither could confirm one way or the other.

Does not include Verizon mobile to mobile

It's a good bet that if it doesn't say it, it doesn't include it.
