I have a Samsung Model SLS BU10B Extender that has worked wonderfully to provide cell coverage in my home for several years. A couple of weeks ago I switched from a PostPaid Plan to a Prepaid plan to save over $100 per month. Now the extender no longer works and I have 0 to 1 bar of cell coverage in my home. I live in Tysons Corner in a very urban suburb of Washington DC. I was told by customer support that the extender won't work with a Prepaid plan. I'm a software programmer and cannot comprehend why this would be a technical limitation--it sounds more like a policy issue. I need to improve my in-home coverage or will be forced to move away from Verizon so I can make calls in my house. Please help me identify a working solution. Thank you.
