I have had Verizon for little over a year now, and as soon as I leave my town I have almost no signal whatsoever. At my house in town I have 1 bar even though there is a verizon tower little over a mile southeast of my house. I supposed to be on a 5G line but that only happens when I am in a big city, Really considering moving over to another network.

Oh, wow! Dealing with signal issues can be frustrating. Our goal is to help you in the best way possible. Let's gather more details.
What exactly happens when you attempt to use the service (talk, text, data)? When did the issue start? What recent changes have you made? Who else is experiencing this problem?

I can’t use the service, because there is non as soon as I am out of town, my phone show the SOS and satellite
It’s has been like that ever since I’ve had Verizon, I haven’t made any changes at all and as far as I know everyone else who has Verizon in this area, Texas Panhandle, has poor signal issues.

I'm sorry you've been having that trouble outside of town. For sure that's something we can look into and see what's been going on. As part of that sending a Private Message, so I can get some further details.

According to the coverage map, most of the Texas Panhandle is 4G LTE only; 5G is spotty at best and there are even some "no coverage" (☹️) areas if you zoom in enough. Based upon your "SOS satellite" reference, I'm going to guess you have a newer model iPhone running iOS18. Have you tried changing your network settings to either "5G Auto" or "LTE" to see if that improves things? If you have it on "5G On" or whatever the new 4th setting (I'm an Android user, so don't know what the 4th network setting is called off the top of my head, sorry), your phone may be only using 5G and when you go somewhere which doesn't have any 5G, then it can't work.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
