New Customer, Can't Create Online Account, Unable to Process Your Request at This Time

New Verizon customer as of today (store visit).   An account PIN was created in the store which I entered at 4-5 different times on the employee's tablet in the store.

Now, I tried to create an online account.  PIN rejected every time!  Account was locked.  Not only that, but no customer support unless I login, which I cannot do because Verizon has locked my account.  

All attempts to login, reset account, or get any customer support give the same response:

"Unable to process your request at this time"

I have been a Verizon customer for all of 5 hours and boy I am regretting it.  This is insanely horrible customer service!
