No data usage logs available in My Verizon

This has been posted before by others, but now this glitch has gotten my prepaid account. For the past 2 months, I've had no data logs available. If I truly weren't using any data, my data would be permanently at 100% data remaining, but it's not. I'm not on unlimited, so it's important to me to see where the usage is going. The overall data amount remaining is accurate on the account overview page. But anytime I've tried to use the show data usage button, it says there is no data use to display. The call logs and SMS/MMS text logs are fine.
I know I can check my overall data usage on my phone too, but would be nice to see the more detailed breakdown in my account.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Update: This issue has fixed itself, at least for now. But would've been nice if someone at Verizon had responded...
