Overall disappointment

I have been a customer for over 25 years.  This has been the worst year ever working with Verizon.

in late march my husband traded in a phone( using a third party vendor) his mistake!!!  The credit was never provided and I called Verizon and they were able to rectify the credit.  I asked for a check.  This was June 7th.  It is now August 20 and after hours on the phone all I have gotten is this is back office stuff and that my account shows that a check was approved. To add insult to injury while traveling for the last two weeks in Europe. Our phones did not work and they told me if I upgraded that the four phones on my plane should be all set. Nope husbands phone did not get cell service and the list could go on.  Customer service during this time was useless. I felt everyone I called I was getting nickeled and dimed. So Verizon after 25plus years I have chosen to leave even when u still owe me close to. 400 dollars.  I am so absolutely disappointed that some very simple items were not taken care of in a timely and cost effective way.
