Need help it says 119device and sim not compatible
What device are you using? If you brought a phone from outside the US or from a GSM carrier, it may not work on Verizon.
Bubba1213, we want to make sure that you can use your device and our prepay services. Mama23dogs has asked some great questions. Some devices might not be able to work on our wireless network. My goal is to make sure you speak with the right group of people. I do apologize, but, we don't have access to prepaid accounts on social media.
