PMT date and balance not updating after recharge on LG Accolade

Downstream a day, still not showing correct info. Is this going to catch up with the recharge?

The phone was re-programmed at a Verizon store. The new software does not show the PMT date or

remaining amount on the screen. The phone seems to be working normally.
