With my pay as you go month ending in a couple days, I went ahead and made a payment to my account this morning. At the time of payment, my balance was $0.00. I made a $45 payment, the full cost of my monthly service, and the amount was deducted from my bank account. However, after the payment processed, my Verizon account states that my balance is now $35. Clearly, this is some kind of glitch, since the $45 was paid and a pay as you go account cannot have a negative balance. But regardless...I'd like my full payment credited to my account, as I'd rather like to continue using my phone without interruption.
