after being transferred to a management rep I was not even able to respond to her message before I was sent this message.  Since this I have been completely unable to access my account or connect with any support agent.

Based upon the text in the lowest screenshot, if you are in a group plan where someone else is the Account Owner, I'd say that person has disconnected your line.  In which case, you'll have to get a new prepaid account under your name.

If you aren't in a group plan and you are the only person in the account, did you miss a payment?  Don't know what, if any, the grace period is on paying late, but prepaid plans always expire after a month.

Hi Katt666. We can definitely help to see what's going on with your My Verizon log in. Are you having any issues with the phone service? Also is the account under your name or shared account with another owner?
