Plan Change to PrePaid

Been trying now for 5 days on phone and through chat to get my current 2GB 2 phone line post paid plan changed to prepaid 6GB on each phone.  Was on the phone over an hour yesterday and was assured it was taken care of, another order created, but wasn't fixed.

Now have two orders waiting to be processed.  On the first one was charged for the prepaid first month, second charged nothing, but no action or changes have been made.

What is going on here?  Seem to be getting nowhere.

That is the Verizon way......................................................................Waste time and money but fix nothing

Far easier to switch to prepaid in a Verizon store.
