I am a relatively new customer to Verizon and signed up for the UNLIMITED 55+ plan @ $45 per month Feb 2019. My last 2 bills are standard 2 line UNLIMITED at $65 per month! Have I been a victim of the old "Bait and Switch" scheme? I have been a content customer of the Tracfone/Net10 world for many years and am tempted to return. My Verizon bills have increased steadily since February. Do we have to argue constantly with customer care like we used to do with the cable company ( BTW we dropped them too)?
After further review, I actually misread my bill. I apologize for the previous comment. Geez getting old is for the birds...LOL
