I am trying to set up auto-pay on my daughter's prepaid iphone.
I went into the website and entered my credit card info. It gave me an error that was cryptic but apparently the zip code didn't match or something. I double-checked that I had everything entered correctly. Got the same error. I use this card for many, many other payments online and have never had a problem with the billing address. I haven't moved in 18 months.
So after retrying a few times (I even tried a different card, and my zip+4), it gave me an error that I had exceeded the allowed number of credit card updates. So I called prepaid support and they told me they couldn't take credit card payments over the phone, and the rep transferred me to the automated touch-tone payment system. I entered everything and then it told me I had exceeded the credit card update limit and hung up on me.
So how am I supposed to pay now?
Seriously, PLEASE TAKE MY MONEY!
I have seen other people post about this issue and get a Verizon response so that is what I am hoping for.
I just want to pay for my daughter's phone service, please.
Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Hmm I just looked at my contact info in my account on the website. It had my street address, but NOT my apartment number, and the city / state / zip were Zullinger, PA, 17272. Which is crazily incorrect, not sure why it's in there like that. So I fixed it to my correct address (Austin, TX).
